What We Do
|
Competitors AnalysisBenchmarking is one of the most useful methods for improving company's performance. The idea is to research the business practices of the competitors and compare and contrast them to the process in the company. After the analysis the best practices are adopted to increase the company's performance. The advantage of benchmarking is that it allows the company to learn on other people's mistakes. At the same time, this method helps to understand how the company's business practices relate to ones of its competitors.
Taking competitors actions into account allows to forecast the performance of the advertising campaign. At the same time, such analysis may reveal methods that are not yet used by the competitors and, thus, may give a competitive advantage to the company.
We use a concise SWOT analysis before starting any internet marketing campaign. This allows to predict how much effort will be required to achieve the results and to forecast the efficiency of the marketing campaign. However, if you are about to invest a significant sum of money in internet marketing, we recommend carrying out a more detailed research: - analysis of internet marketing and advertising practices used by the competitors.
- research of the optimisation methods used at competitors' web-sites.
- analysis of resources that link to the competitors' web-sites.
- analysis of media coverage of the competitors.
The results of such research are presented as a report by the marketing department.
