Intranet Portal

Information exchange speed inside a company has a direct influence on the efficiency of the business processes. Intranet portal is a corporate solution restricted to employees that allows them to exchange documents. An intranet portal is a simpler solution than a large-scale document circulation system appropriate for very large companies.

- Boosts the speed of document exchange in the company and to give different groups of users custom access rights to the documents
- Facilitates information exchange among staff, especially when they are geographically distant
- Updates some documents in real-time by automatically generating reports from the data supplied by other software used in the company
- Notifies interested parties about the updates of relevant documents.

We develop intranet portals using Sapphire, our own custom-built content management system (CMS). Sapphire allows the users to manage the documents, add and delete document categories, manage users etc. Third-party software can be integrated as a data source (database, web-service etc.) into Sapphire.
